Hello, I'm Shania, and my research interests lie at the intersection of social and health psychology. I’m particularly interested in understanding how people perceive health risks, why they choose to engage or not engage in health behaviors, and how psychological and social factors influence healthcare decision-making and information processing. Through a combination of experimental, correlational, and qualitative methods, my goal is to contribute to research that can inform effective health communication strategies and interventions aimed at improving public engagement with health behaviors.
