“How many psychologists does it take to change a light bulb? One. But the lightbulb has to want to change.” When I was a child, I didn’t imagine that I would tip-toe into the world of psychology. But after the urging of a college mentor, I completed university with a minor in the "science of the mind". My studies came to serve me well in my 10+ years in management, sales, marketing, and education. While working in early childhood education, I completed multiple certifications in behavior through the Childcare Education Institute including Creating a Multicultural Environment, Gender Bias & Stereotypes, Bullying in the Preschool Environment, and Promoting Empathy & Other Prosocial Behaviors. And currently, I'm pursuing a certification in Social Psychology under Professor Scott Plous from Wesleyan University through Coursera.

As a Human Resources Expert, Career Development Coach, and Tech Recruiter, I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals. My expertise lies in providing interview training for qualified job candidates through my company, Interview Boss.

Before founding Interview Boss, I worked with job candidates to develop their English skills to seek job opportunities in foreign countries. I quickly realized that the language barrier wasn't the only hurdle facing my clients. Many needed coaching on answering the most common, but difficult interview questions. This led me to create Interview Boss, where our mission is to help job candidates stand out in a crowded job market, so they can achieve their higher purpose. I help job candidates get past the psychology of job interviews so they can shine.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time in the ballet studio or exploring the great outdoors with my husband near Zurich, Switzerland.
