Social Psychology is a new found gem and I am delighted to be participating in the Wesleyan University Cousera course. Not only is it fascinating but I do believe that it will assist me in all areas of my life.
As a qualified social worker, I am currently expanding my skills to include life coaching which will incorporate social psychology principals. Thus, enabling others to live their passion and achieve their dreams.
Currently, I am working full time to counsel and support those in emotional distress through an employee well-being programme.
My other interests include resilience, as we all need skills to help us cope with those curve balls life throws at us. Being a food lover, I do enjoy time in the kitchen cooking and baking but with my sweet tooth, I have to prefer baking.
Having lived in the UK for many years I am appreciating sunny South Africa with its large open spaces and its immense beauty of diverse landscape and wildlife. This gives me an opportunity for trail and road running with my trusted companion Kojak (Labrador retriever).
My travels in Europe and Africa have enticed my love for people and learning more about other cultures.
