Mohammad Habibur Rahman Khan, PhD
Price of greatness is responsibility
I was born in Feb 5, 1972 in Lalbag, a place nearly 400 years old in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I passed my childhood playing and making fun. I lost my father in liberation war of 1971. My grandma, mom, and lone aunt (www) reared me up. My grandma, the maker of my life, went back to her origin (RIP) on 7 Sep 2012.
My education is Ph.D in Cognitive Psychology from the Universiti Sulatan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. I am married and blessed with a daughter (20) who is studying in Med School at Seton Hill and a son (18) at Watkins Mill High School. My wife, a former banker, now pursuing MSIT at WUST.
I served as a UN Peacekeeper in Western Sahara in 2010-2011. I gained an extraordinary experience in the desert. I experienced the sky full of stars, and beautiful rare Sahara creatures.
Currently, I am working as a psychologist and senior lecturer in Bangladesh Naval Academy. I am fond of pursuing knowledge and golfing.
I am active in counseling and various social works.
My passions are traveling, reading and music.
I've traveled to India (mainland and Andaman-Nicobar), Qatar, UAE, UK, Germany, Spain, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey, Western Sahara, Morocco, Egypt, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, KSA and USA. I learn much from tours than reading. I find pleasure in mixing with people and love their cultures.
I express my sincere gratitude to Coursera, Wesleyan University, Professor Scott Plous, and his team for offering us such an excellent and fruitful course.
I believe in love and respect. My all-time motto is "He prayeth best who loveth best."
Love
Habib
