I am the husband of Judy McDonnell. We have been married for almost twenty years. My entire world revolves around her and our four incredible children: Claire, Colin, Thomas, and Patrick.

I am a pediatric dentist. I am a partner in a private practice in Port Orange, FL. I absolutely love what I do. More than anything, I attribute my tremendous job satisfaction to my amazing staff, business partner, and the patients/parents who trust me with their care. I am surrounded by great people and a great community.

I am originally from Washington, DC. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry with a minor in English from Georgetown University. Out of college I worked in clinical research at the Lombardi Cancer Center at Georgetown University Hospital. I received my D.D.S. degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. I did my pediatric dental residency training at the University of Florida.

I was an active duty Naval dental officer for three years. I did my first tour at Parris Island, treating the young children of active duty Marines preparing to go on accompanied overseas tours. My second and last duty station was at the National Naval Center in Bethesda, MD. There I served as the staff pediatric dentist in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department.
