Born in a little town near Heilbronn, Germany, I left for university studies after finishing Justinus-Kerner-Gymnasium in Heilbronn. In the beautiful Town of Bamberg, Germany, I studied Educational Scienes as a major subject and Psychology and Sociology as minors, leaving with a Diplom, comparable to a Masters Degree in 1985. Due to the perspectives on labour markte at that time, I added Business Administration as a second study in 1983.

After spending my social service in Heidelberg, Germany als a vocational trainer in a rehab institution, Stiftung Rehabilitation, I joined the HR Department of a bavarian bank in Munich: former HYPO-Bank AG. During these 13 years, I was mainly in the field of talent management, employer branding, training, coaching and organizational development. I worked in Munich and for 3 years in Leipzig. After leaving HYPO-Bank in 1998, I joined Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt, Germany for 1year as Head of Academic Recruiting. My next job was as a Head of HR in an IT-consulting company in Munich named DMC. In 2005, I left DMC to join Selecteam GmbH, a well-known recruiting consultancy, based in Munich. During this time, I was working as a senior recruiter in the field of IT and as a coach and trainer. At the moment, I' m working mainly with faktorM GbR, a Munich based OD-consulting company as a freelancer. I' m giving seminars and training, and I'm working with groups and individuals as a coach and career counsellor.

I'm single, love playing golf and I'm also interested in modern art. Munich is definitely one ot the best places in the world to follow these passions :-)

My personal motto comes from Franziskus of Assisi: „Herr, gib mir die Kraft, die Dinge zu ändern, die ich ändern kann, die Gelassenheit, das Unabänderliche zu ertragen und die Weisheit, zwischen diesen beiden Dingen die rechte Unterscheidung zu treffen.“
