Having traveled in various cities and wearing an array of hats to sustain myself and my responsibilities over the past couple of years, I have learned that work is an essential component in the grander scheme of life. It is through doing meaningful work that we are able to exercise the many values that we hold at our core, not just as workers but as human beings. In the end, it is where we can make the most contribution and impact that we can truly feel the belongingness we yearn for, and the fruition of our purpose.

I am a BPO industry professional with over ten years of experience in Operations Management. I have worked in Fraud Prevention and Detection setting for HSBC UK, as an Assistant Manager for Operations a position held for 5 years and 4 months. I was the Team Manager for an outsourced section of one of Microsoft's pricing program, managing eligibility validation and guideline application and interpretation for 18 countries.

I am very happy and excited to be a student member of the network, and I am looking forward to learning more of Social Psychology and how it can be used as a tool for peace and sustainable living.
