Try not to become a man of success but rather a man of value, Einstein

I currently live in Rome, with my husband Gianfranco and our daughter Charlotte.
As a teen, in the late 70's, I moved with my parents to Washington DC, for a few years. I spent part of my adolescence in a multicultural environment having attended the local Public High School. I grew up believing in equal chances no matter what the gender, nationality and religion are. That’s why I later decided to become volunteer of the Italian Red Cross, choosing the social inclusion area to be close to people who are rejected by the society. A hot meal or a little advice on how to get a medical examination can help these persons feeling less neglected. When on duty I try suspending judgements as attitudes and actions alone cannot explain behaviours. I believe that prejudices are the main obstacles to social inclusion.
I love snorkelling and biking, sports that I share with family and friends. Like most of us I'm a travel addicted!
