Some people say I look like Cesar Millan the "Dog Whisperer"

Michael Aguilar is the President and CEO of Innocorp, Ltd., co-founding the company in 1996. Aguilar led Innocorp’s transition from a startup company, making and selling the Fatal Vision® Impairment Simulation Goggles, to an internationally recognized enterprise developing and selling an entire line of proprietary and innovative prevention and awareness tools and campaigns to more than 65 countries.

Aguilar has positioned Innocorp’s products as “must haves” for a world-wide clientele wanting to deliver effective health, safety and prevention initiatives, especially in the area of traffic safety. Since 2009, Aguilar has been heading a new initiative to turn Innocorp into a social marketing leader and expert, developing evidence-based tools and campaigns that foster positive attitude and behavior change.

An avid motorcycle rider, Aguilar has expanded Innocorp's scope in an effort to educate all motor vehicle drivers, including motorcyclists. In 2005, Aguilar partnered with The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to develop a new impaired riding prevention campaign called Project Green-Yellow-Red (GYR). Then again, in 2009, Aguilar and the Blue Knights Of Wisconsin Chapter XVIII teamed up to develop and promote a new motorcycle safety initiative called 5=Zero in Wisconsin working with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

Aguilar earned his bachelor of science degree in computer science from the Missouri University of Science & Technology in Rolla, Missouri. He then went on to earn his MBA in marketing from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Aguilar is currently enrolled in the graduate school of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Wisconsin - Madison pursuing a PhD in Mass Communication. An accomplished public speaker, Aguilar is among fewer than 12,000 of Toastmaster's 4 million past and present members who have achieved the elite Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) status.
