30th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Political Psychology
The 30th Annual Meeting of the International Society of Political Psychology (ISPP) will host a variety of activities about the interface between social neuroscience and political psychology. These include a keynote address entitled “Neuroscience of Social Connection” by John Cacioppo, roundtables that cover the latest developments in social neuroscience, and several panels in which senior and junior scholars present their latest research.
The ISPP is a society of some 800 scholars and practitioners who represent many fields and many nations. The program provides for panels, roundtables, and also plenary sessions and workshops. Integrating research from social neuroscience is a top priority for the 2007 meeting (and beyond). We thus invite anyone interested in these matters, to participate. The 30th Annual Meeting will be held on 4-7 July 2007 in Portland, Oregon. For more information about the meeting, visit the ISPP website at http://ispp.org/meet.html, or contact the Neuroscience section chair, Darren Schreiber, at dmschreiber@ucsd.edu.
We look forward to seeying you in Portland!
Darren Schreiber (Section Chair on Social Neuroscience)
(email: dmschreiber@ucsd.edu).
George Marcus (ISPP President)
Jamie Druckman (Program Co-Chair)
