The Department of Psychology at the OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY seeks outstanding faculty for one or two positions (pending the availability of funds) in our social psychology program. Rank is open though one position will likely be at the Assistant Professor level and the other at a tenured level (Associate or full Professor). All applicants are expected to have strong research programs with external funding or the potential for it, and to contribute to both graduate and undergraduate supervision and instruction. Candidates whose interests complement existing strengths or priority areas in the department (e.g., clinical, cognitive, developmental, health, neuroscience, quantitative) will be especially attractive.
Applicants for an Assistant Professor position should send a letter of application, statements of research and teaching interests, a vita, reprints, and three letters of recommendation to the Social Search Committee, Department of Psychology, Ohio State University, 1885 Neil Avenue, Columbus, OH 43210-1222.
