 Looking for measures

Hi all,

I would highly appreciate if one of you have and could send me a copy of measures of Romantic Jealousy and Romantic Envy (Hupka et al. 1985) and or one of the following or other measures of Envy and Jealousy and the scoring systems:

Chronic (CJ) and Relationship (RJ) Jealousy Scales (White, 1981)
Interpersonal Jealousy Scale (IJS; Mathes & Severa, 1981)
Self-Report Jealousy Scale (SRJS; Bringle et al., 1979)
Dispositional Envy Scale (DES; Smith et al., 1999)
