The Journal of Nonverbal Behavior invites manuscripts for a special issue focused on Nonverbal Behavior in a Global Context. The goal of this special issue is to explore ways in which nonverbal research can better inform interpersonal behavior and social relations in this era of globalization and multiculturalism. This special issue encourages, but is not limited to, empirical papers on nonverbal behavior dealing with intercultural issues, intergroup conflict and prejudice, or leadership.
This special issue is scheduled for publication in 2007. Papers should be submitted online using the procedures found at:
https://www.editorialmanager.com/jonb/
Manuscripts will be peer-reviewed following standard journal procedures and should conform to the publication guidelines of the American Psychological Association. The deadline for submission is September 1, 2006.
Please direct inquiries to Joann M. Montepare, Associate Editor of Special Issues, by email at joann_montepare@emerson.edu, by telephone at (617) 824-8308, or by mail at School of Communication, Emerson College, 120 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116.
