Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Psychology; field of specialization is open; Full Professor. Eligible for tenure at time of appointment. University teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications: The candidate should demonstrate a continuing record of scholarly activity, refereed publications, administrative experience, commitment to academic excellence at the undergraduate and graduate levels including student research at both levels, leadership for new initiative, funded external grants, excellent communication skills including skill in working with external constituencies, receptivity to new ideas, and a readiness to work cooperatively in consultation with faculty and to foster partnerships with other academic units within the university.
Applicants should submit a letter of application, a current curriculum vita, transcripts of all graduate work, at least three (3) current letters of recommendation that clarify administrative experience and capabilities, evidence of teaching effectiveness, a statement of your philosophy of leadership, and copies of representative publications.
