I'm wondering if any of you know about current journal or organizational policies a propos data retention (Sage, Elsevier, APS, APA, etc.)
My question is:
For data collected in psychological studies (not patient data), does the researcher need to retain hard copies of questionnaires once those data have been input onto a computer and stored on a CD-ROM?
Directions to an official policy statement would be most helpful.
