The Department of Psychology at Brock University invites applications for a probationary tenure-track appointment in the area of methods, research design and statistics at the assistant professor level effective July 1, 2006, subject to final budgetary approval. A Ph.D. in psychology is preferred (applicants without a completed Ph.D. will be considered for an appointment at the rank of Lecturer). We are seeking an individual with a strong research record and a strong commitment to teaching. Applicants must be able to teach statistics at the undergraduate and graduate level. We will consider applicants having research and teaching interests in any content area of psychology, including but not limited to research design and statistics or programs compatible with our three graduate focus areas: developmental, social/personality, or behavioural neuroscience.
